Working on McDonald’s for several years, I ran a variety of projects that spanned everything from Ronald McDonald House Charities to Angry Birds partnerships to their menu-focused campaigns.

In the first ever 360° masthead for a QSR, we leveraged existing animation from the movie to have the Angry Birds takeover a McDonald’s. Using audio prompts and heavy choreography, we had the cast react to and engage with their “costars”.

This masthead received over 4.5 million views in less than 48 hours and remained the #1 viewed 360° video until the end of the campaign.

Ronald McDonald House Charities

Ronald McDonald House Charities focuses on providing housing for families so they have somewhere nearby to stay when a family member is in the hospital. This campaign was particularly challenging because we could only work with interviews that had already been recorded. We had to find a story to tell with footage that wasn’t meant for us.

In watching the interviews, we managed to find these little moments between the family members. Moments that reminded us that just because you’re sick, doesn’t mean that you don’t need your mom close to tease her just a little bit.
